The CC-BC 22 E is a powerful, automatic 12 V electronic battery charger with charging current switch for normal- and quick charging. Thereby, the inbuilt ampere meter allows the quick reading of the current charging rate. When the switch is set on "A", the charging voltage is limited to a maximum of 14.1 V (IU-charging curve) due to its charging electronics. Therefore an overload of the connected battery is excluded, and no special control of the charging procedure is required any longer. So the battery charger is especially suitable for modern, maintenance-free batteries, and optimal for the preserving charging of sparely used batteries. When the switch is set on "N", the device works without electronic charging voltage limitation (W-charging curve) and delivers an even higher performance. It is possible to switch from normal to express charging in automatic "A" and in normal "N" operation. The strong terminal clamps with totally insulated grips additionally grant an optimal contact to the battery terminals at any time.
