Traditional Trade Sales Manager
Role Specification:
• Achieve the individual targets (sales, margin, distribution, activations, etc.) for the channel they are responsible for (Traditional trade) as well as the overall Einhell local organization specific KPI's set by the Country Manager.
• Set targets and KPI's for their team members as well manage all operational activities concerning the TT department.
• Identify new opportunities for business growth within existing accounts & prospects through strategic product range development and promotional planning to maximize business to achieve turnover and profit targets.
• On a daily basis, you’ll be maintaining and nurturing relationships with key business customers, ensuring that our partnership is long and prosperous.
• Supervises and coordinates all the activities related to marketing and sales for the TT department in order to deliver and meet the sales targets; cooperates closely with Marketing, Financial, SCM departments, as well as with other Channel leaders from Sales department (DIY and E-comm).
• Track all sales activities in company internal system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
• Conducting hands on demonstrations of our products (whenever needed: customer meetings, fairs, events, etc.).
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar position;
• Experience in the power tool industry would be an advantage;
• Excellent oral and written communication & negotiations skills;
• Excellent problem solving ability as well as capacity to work under pressure;
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers;
• Good time management skills & the ability to prioritize tasks;
• Excellent leadership skills: able to motivate, guide, and develop their team members;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Higher education, technical profile represents an advantage;
• Flexibility for regular business trips (~50%);
• Clean "B" driving license;
• English – working knowledge.

Merchandiser
Locatie JOB: Sud, Romania
Responsabilitati:
• Efectuarea de vizite in magazinele partenere din tara (zona lui de responsabilitate – Sudul Romaniei);
• Implementeaza si mentine planogramele agreate cu magazinele partenere, expunerea corecta a produselor si a materialelor de comunicare, precum si plasarile secundare si in zone promotionale;
• Monitorizeaza situatia stocurilor si semnaleaza situatiile de produse fara stoc;
• Colecteaza si transmite in mod organizat solicitarile, problemele si oportunitatile din magazine si urmareste solutionarea acestora;
• Ofera suport pentru magazinele partenere la amenajarea zonelor de vanzare pentru produsele Einhell cu ocazia deschiderilor de magazin, re-amenajari a zonelor de vanzare si in cazul implementarii de produse noi;
• Dezvolta si mentine relatii de buna colaborare cu personalul magazinelor;
• Participa la targuri, expozitii si evenimente realizate impreuna cu magazinele partenere;
• Mentine un nivel ridicat de cunoastere a produselor, aplicatiilor si domeniilor de utilizare;
• Realizeaza demonstratii si consiliere tehnica pentru personalul de vanzare al partenerilor cat si pentru utilizatori finali, prezinta produsele Einhell si avantajele pentru utilizatori si modul de utilizare in conditii de siguranta;
• Colecteaza feedback din magazine privind comportamentul clientilor si performanta campaniilor;
• Monitorizeaza si raportarea actiunile din piata si ale concurentei
• Indeplinirea oricaror alte sarcini punctuale solicitate de Managerul direct.
Profilul candidatului:
• Minim 2 ani experienta intr-o pozitie similara;
• Experienta in industria sculelor electrice – reprezinta un avantaj;
• Abilitati de comunicare;
• Orientat spre rezolvarea problemelor;
• Capacitatea de a construi si mentine relatii pozitive cu clientii;
• Studii superioare, profil tehnic - reprezinta un avantaj;
• Flexibilitate pentru deplasari frecvente (aprox. 50%-75% din timp);
• Permis de conducere categoria B;
• Cunostinte de limba engleza – reprezinta un avantaj.
